Leadership by Nehemiah

Nehemiah was tasked with rebuilding the wall around Jerusalem.  The problems he faced are no different than those faced with anyone executing a project in today's world.  Here are some key lessons to learn from Nehemiah.

  1. He had a passion for the project.
  2. He had the ability to motivate others.
  3. He had an unswerving confidence in God.
  4. He was resilient and patient through opposition.
  5. He had a practical, balanced grip on reality.
  6. He had a willingness to work hard and remain unselfish.
  7. He had the discipline to finish the job.

Nehemiah finished his project when it appeared impossible to most men.  Follow these principles and you will successfully complete your project.
